Returns policy
Goods returned for credit will not be accepted without prior approval. Invoice number and date of purchase must be quoted, and the returns must be in a saleable condition, (in the original packaging) and free of damage. Returns will only be accepted up to 21 days from the despatch date and must be returned with the freight pre-paid. Claims for goods received damaged, must be made promptly upon receipt of the goods, and must not exceed seven days after delivery.
Claims for defective stock will not be accepted without prior approval. Each claim will either be repaired by us, or will be forwarded to the manufacturer for possible warranty repair or replacement. Proof of purchase must accompany the goods and the freight must be prepaid.
